Controller and processor roles
Our role under data-protection law depends on the data in question. For the personal data of your own contacts and clients that you load into the service, you are the controller and we act as your processor — those terms are set out in the Data Processing Addendum. For the account and billing data of the people who administer your workspace, and for our own marketing, we act as an independent controller — see the Privacy Policy.
