Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated 12 June 2026 · Effective 3 June 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is part of the Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses GG. It exists to keep the Service safe, lawful and reliable for all customers.
1. You must not
- Break the law, or use the Service to infringe anyone’s rights, including privacy and intellectual-property rights.
- Upload or process personal data without a lawful basis or required consent, or in breach of data-protection or anti-spam law (e.g. GDPR/PECR, CAN-SPAM, CASL).
- Send unsolicited bulk or marketing messages (“spam”) or contact people who have opted out.
- Capture or record communications without the consents required in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Upload malware, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other customers’ data, or our systems.
- Probe, scan, load-test, scrape or circumvent rate limits or security without our written permission.
- Reverse-engineer, resell, or use the Service to build a competing product, except where the law allows.
- Use the Service to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on individuals without appropriate human oversight and a lawful basis.
- Submit special-category or highly sensitive data (health, biometric, children’s data, etc.) unless separately agreed with appropriate safeguards.
- Misrepresent AI-generated content as human-authored where doing so would mislead or breach law.
2. Your responsibilities
- Keep credentials secure and limit access to authorised users.
- Have the right to upload the contacts and communications you load, and honour opt-out and erasure requests.
- Use the Service within your plan’s usage allowances and not in a way that degrades it for others.
- Review AI-generated output before relying on it (see Terms §6).
3. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, throttle, suspend or terminate access — immediately where there is a security, legal or serious-harm risk, as set out in the Terms. We may report unlawful activity to authorities.
4. Reporting abuse
Report misuse or security issues to hello@taskgg.com or legal@taskgg.com.
